Solar Steel Tile Roof Hook SUS304 For Tile Roof Mount

A stainless steel hook that carries the mounting rail above a tiled roof without cracking the tile it sits under. The hook slides beneath the tile, bolts to the batten, and presents a threaded stud above the roof surface for the rail to sit on — so the waterproofing layer is never pierced and the tile line stays flat.

Made in SUS304 with a matching stainless bolt and nut, because the fastener is what fails first on a coastal roof. Height is adjustable across the common tile profiles, which means one hook covers the ceramic, concrete and flat interlocking tiles found on most residential roofs in a single project.

  • Load-tested as an assembly — pull-out and mechanical load figures are measured with the rail and tile in place, which is the number an engineer needs for the structural submission, not a bare metal rating.
  • Threaded stud sized for standard rails — drops into common aluminium rail profiles with the supplied T-bolt; no adaptor, no re-drilling on site.
  • Installs from above with hand tools — no welding, no cutting, no specialist crew. A two-person team sets a consistent hook line across a roof in a day.
  • Pre-assembled hardware, labelled cartons — cartons are marked by roof zone to match the layout drawing, so the crew opens the right box on the right slope.
  • Tested corrosion performance — salt-spray and coating data available for tender documentation. (publish only the reports you can actually supply)
  • Works with the rest of the system — rails, mid clamps, end clamps and L-feet from the same factory, so one purchase order covers a mixed roof.
